Each ampoule of Synacthen contains 250 micrograms of the active ingredient, tetracosactide (tetracosactrin) (as the hexa- acetate salt).
It also contains: acetic acid, sodium acetate, sodium chloride, water for injections.
This medicine does not contain any preservative.
