The Visitec™ Lacrimal Trephine (Sisler), an ultra sharp, micro trephine is useful for rotary trepanation of an obstructed canaliculus and for biopsy of the conjunctiva or sclera. It’s long enough to span the length of normal lacrimal canaliculus. The round, blunt tip stylet minimises trauma to the surrounding tissue.
